I take a hard look at WHY I started this podcast in the first place. My original approach was quickie, unedited and off-the-cuff recordings that I could capture on my smart phone while cooling down after a morning workout. This is The Morning Cooldown that I truly miss. It’s the ONE thing that makes me want to jump out of bed each morning to connect with the parts of me that I consider the most authentic so that I can share something truly meaningful with you.

I’ve discovered this special outlet for myself, and I want you to discover this too. It’s a time to explore those untapped parts of yourself each day before the cray cay of the day gets going. I don’t want you to forget how to be a dreamer and find that magic spark, so I hope you’ll follow along and share the journey with me.
